Upper Golf Links Road
Stark Projects Ltd managed this entire project located near the exclusive Parkstone Golf Club in Canford Cliffs. The existing property underwent a complete renovation in order to create a 21st century dwelling finished to the highest possible standard.

Players is a well located and very luxurious development consisting of a number of high specification apartments. Whilst the concept belonged to GEE developments Stark Projects Ltd was chosen to ensure the entire project ran smoothly and ultimately.
Kingsbridge Road
This project overall value of £2.5 million and consisted of five three bedroom houses finished to an incredibly high specification which included large landscaped gardens. This was another project completed in partnership with Seven Developments.
Spitfire
Spitfire is a development in Poole Dorset consisting of three blocks of luxury apartments and a three bedroom detached house put together by Seven Developments. Stark Projects Ltd managed the construction site during the completion of the project and as such oversaw the entire build producing the high class finish demanded by the Seven Developments.
Wish
Wish is a development put together by GEE Developments. The concept is based around five luxury apartments located in Poole and Stark Projects Ltd was commissioned to ensure the project was finished on time and to perfection.
School Gables
School Gables named in memory of the old school that was demolished to make way for the development was a concept produced by a small independent builder. Stark Projects Ltd was closely involved in ensuring the project was finished on time and to the highest standard.
